 Order Acceptance

  3. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method. No cash refunds shall be issued.

 

Customer Order Cancellation

– Customers may cancel an order within 7 hours of placing it.

– Orders must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, subject to confirmation by ZAAKII Customer Support.

– Orders cancelled outside the permitted timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Prices and Payments

– All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED)

– ZAAKII accepts the following payment methods:

– Online payments via Visa and MasterCard (Debit/Credit Cards)

– Cash on Delivery (COD)

– Prices are subject to change without prior notice and become final once payment is confirmed

 

 

Credit / Debit Card Terms

  1. Cards used for payment must belong to the customer or be used with proper authorization from the cardholder
  2. ZAAKII does not store, sell, rent, or share card details or personally identifiable payment information
  3. Customers must be reachable on their registered contact number for order verification purposes
  4. Refunds processed through card payments may take up to two working days, subject to banking procedures

 

 

 Delivery

– Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

– If a product is unavailable at the time of delivery, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method

 

 Returns and Refunds

– Products may be rejected at the time of delivery if quality is unsatisfactory

– Pre-cut and ready-to-eat items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable

– Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only

 

Coupons and Promotions

– Promotional codes and vouchers are valid only on eligible products as specified

– Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to additional conditions or expiry dates
