Delete your Zaakii account
You can delete your Zaakii account and personal data at any time.
In the app
- Open the Zaakii app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Edit account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, saved billing and shipping addresses, and other profile details are permanently erased. You are signed out, and the account can no longer be used.
What is kept
Order records are kept for accounting and legal purposes. They are no longer linked to any personal information about you.
Please note
The phone number used for your account cannot be used to register a new account afterwards.
Can’t access the app?
Email us at support@zaakii.com from the address on your account, and we will delete it for you.
