Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through ZAAKII (www.zaakii.com), operated by Alshams Alzakya dried vegetables and fruits trading llc , Dubai, UAE.

 

Returns

• Products may be rejected at the time of delivery only if the quality is unsatisfactory or items are incorrect
• Once accepted, products are considered delivered and are not eligible for return

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Pre-cut, ready-to-eat, and processed items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
• Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for return

 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method only
• Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances
• Card refunds may take up to 2 to 15 working days, depending on bank processing times

 

Out-of-Stock Items

 

If an item is unavailable at the time of delivery, the corresponding amount will be refunded automatically.

 

Fraud Prevention

 

ZAAKII reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
